Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Refund Policy
Shyxon Technologies offers refunds for services within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been initiated or substantial progress has not been made. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Services that have been fully or partially completed are not eligible for refunds.
2. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel their service agreements at any time by providing written notice to our team. Cancellations requested before work begins will receive a full refund. For projects already in progress, a refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed. A 14-day notice period is required for cancellation of recurring or subscription-based services.
3. Payment Processing & Razorpay
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Shyxon Technologies is not responsible for payment-related issues handled by Razorpay. For payment disputes or issues, please contact your bank or payment provider. Razorpay's transaction ID will be provided for all transactions.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated: consulting hours, custom development (after 48 hours from purchase), training sessions, and emergency support services. Partially used or incomplete service packages may qualify for partial refunds at our discretion.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to support@shyxon.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, payment method, and reason for the refund. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 business hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
We do not accept chargebacks and request that customers contact us directly for any disputes. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action. Please attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support team first. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to Razorpay for arbitration.
7. Subscription Cancellations
Subscription-based services can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods. Upon cancellation, access to service benefits will be terminated immediately.
8. Free Trial Period
If a free trial period is offered, charges will only begin after the trial expires. Cancellation during the trial period will not result in any charges. Trial services cannot be extended beyond the stated period without purchasing the full service.
9. Refund for Technical Issues
If a service fails to meet specifications due to technical issues on our part, we will either fix the issue at no additional cost or issue a full refund. This applies only to issues reported within 14 days of service completion.
10. Service Credits
Instead of refunds, customers may opt to receive service credits equal to the refund amount. Service credits can be used toward future purchases and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Service credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
11. Policy Changes
Shyxon Technologies reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
